Mild Salsa
12 cups tomatoes                                        4 jalapeno peppers
12 ounces tomato paste                             3 bell peppers
3 diced onions                                              1/3 cup sugar
7 cloves of garlic                                           1 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons cumin                                      1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
6 teaspoons salt



Peel and chop tomatoes.  Chop peppers(leave in as many seeds
as you like, just remember the more seeds, the hotter it will be)be
careful not to touch your face.  Mix everything together.  Simmer
for 2 hours or more.  Process for 30 minutes.  Makes 6 pints.
